Using our services

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use SpeedoCaptain, and you agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

Rides and deliveries

SpeedoCaptain connects riders and senders with independent drivers. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surge pricing, and are shown in the app before you confirm a trip.

Payments

Payment for trips is due at the time of the trip through your chosen payment method. Fees, commissions, and applicable taxes may apply as configured by SpeedoCaptain.

Cancellations

Riders and drivers may cancel a trip subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time, which may include a cancellation fee.

Conduct

You agree to treat other users of the platform respectfully and to comply with all applicable laws while using our services.

Limitation of liability

SpeedoCaptain provides a platform connecting riders, senders, and drivers, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers to the fullest extent permitted by law.
